D'après la Haynes pour un GSX-R 750 de 88 :
13 To adjust the spring preload of the rear

shock, turn the toothed adjuster ring at the

bottom of the shock (GSX-R750) or top of the

shock (GSX-R1100).

il ne précise pas si il y a une clé spécifique, m'enfin pour un écrou a
encoches, vaut mieux utiliser une clé à ergots.

Perso, quand j'ai pas de clé à ergots, j'utilise plutot un jet en bronze
avec un marteau.
